This band from Helsinki has been around since 1999 and put out their debut album in 2008 and has been getting better and better with every release. Their music is a combination of progressive rock and alternative, but it doesn’t get into the shouty, angry side of it, more on the atmospheric edge.

The four songs go by far too fast, with so much going on that I had to hit replay as soon as it was over to try and get my fill. The progressive side is where the atmospheric comes to play and it really struck a chord with me, especially with how amazing “Unsolved” is. The song is soft but has an uplifting edge to it that grabbed me and you could hear bits of the Mission in the song with its swelling and anthemic sound. “To Surrender” has a bit of an industrial sound to it and is another definite crowd pleaser. I was amazed at how well the songs flowed and made for a great listen, with beautiful production.

I love this EP and will be searching for more from them, and recommend that you go out and get this right now, don’t look at those kitties, and stop downloading porn…GET THIS! There, don’t you feel much better now?
